INGREDIENTS
1 cup cake flour, sifted
1 1/2 cups of sugar, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups egg whites (about 10-11 large whites), at room temperature.
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
