I got this yummy recipe from a friend named Kristen. She is a fabulous cook, and shares lots of delicious recipes. I am sure there will be many more of her recipes shared here in the future.

Start with 1lb of lean thin steak. Since the petite sirloin steak was on sale this week, thats what I decided to work with for this dish. I think it worked fine, but there may be a better choice out there. Feel free to use any type of steak you want!

Gather the rest of the ingredients…onion, garlic, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, mushrooms, noodles & butter.

Slice the steak in thin strips and place in skillet with a small amount of oil. Brown the meat.

Slice the onion. Add the onion & garlic to the skillet and cook just until tender.

In a bowl, add Cream of Mushroom soup

Add sour cream to the bowl

Add ketchup

Add worcestershire sauce

Add a can of mushrooms with liquid

Stir to blend

Pour sauce over the meat and heat through
Serve over hot buttered egg noodles. Yum!
